For reservations, each individual must make their own reservation by calling the reservation office at 508-347-7393 Individuals must state they are attending the Massachusetts Recreation and Park Association Conference. All reservations must be secured by a one night deposit (room rates for this event are $102.00 per night), plus the current 11.7% Occupancy room tax, per room via a valid American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Card or Carte Blanche card number with an expiration date, or a check is acceptable.
The room block will be held until February 14, 2012, at which time the unused portion will be released and subsequent reservations and special rates become subject to availability.
All no shows and individual room cancellations received within 48 hours of scheduled arrival will be billed at contracted rate. The Sturbridge Host Hotel does not guarantee room type or group block location. They will make every attempt to honor specific room type requests as well as location requests made by individual guests, these are requests only.
